Our repair depot can restore almost any make and model to the manufacturer's original operating conditions with repair service pricing that is the most competitive in the industry, and we supply a six month warranty on repaired units. On repairs requiring a manufacturer's replacement unit we provide a twelve month warranty. Plantronics and GN Netcom products repaired under warranty are shipped back to you at no charge. Please be sure to contact us so that we can provide you with an appropriate quote and information concerning your equipment and needs.

Repairs are available under two programs:

  1. like for like exchange
  2. replacement with a re-manufactured unit

Our current customers know the value of our personal trouble-shooting skills. In some cases a repair may not be needed saving you both time and money.

Because we carry a large selection of manufacturer's products we provide you with a single point of contact for both sales and service. For larger call centers this means not having to deal with multiple vendors.

Warranty service through Comfort Canada is applicable for Plantronics, and Jabra/GN Netcom products only. For other phone products, please contact the manufacturer product support line directly.

Duration of headset warranties:

The duration of the warranty depends on the type of headset product:

Commercial Products (e.g. Call Center Headsets):

Non-Commercial Products:

How can I tell if my headset is still covered by the manufacturer's warranty?

Manufacturer date codes are on the headsets and amplifiers.

How long will it take for my headset to get repaired?

Once your equipment reaches our warranty and repair depot it is typically shipped within two days of receipt back to you. Depending on the shipping method you prefer this is generally one to two weeks.

What is the cost for a headset repair if it is still in-warranty?

Products covered by the manufacturer's warranty are repaired by the manufacturer free of charge. You pay only for the shipping to our repair center. Return shipping is charged on Jabra (GN Netcom) and Viking products.

How to get headset warranty service:

You must return the Product as a complete unit. You will be responsible for shipping charges, insurance, and other transportation-related expenses incurred in returning Products. For warranty service, you will need to return the Product, freight pre-paid, to the Comfort Canada repair depot.

Alternatively, for Plantronics products still under warranty, Canadian customers can send the product directly to Plantronics in Toronto for replacement. Please see the Plantronics Warranty page for full instructions.

If you return out-of-warranty Products or Products under warranty that are determined not to conform to this warranty, you will be responsible for all return-shipping and other transportation-related expenses.
