The latest release of Plantronics software supports both Windows® and Mac® platforms to help your Plantronics audio device work more seamlessly with your softphone. Plantronics software enables the integrated call control features for Plantronics audio devices including call answer/end and synchronized mute with your softphone. Plantronics "Spokes" software is available for both Windows and Mac operating systems.

If your softphone of choice is not listed as being supported you can still use your Plantronics headset as a PC or Mac audio device without the ability to remotely detect and answer/end a call.
TIP: If you have previously loaded an earlier version or PersonoCall, PersonoSuite or Plantronics P.U.R.E software on your PC, deinstall the Plantronics software using your system Control Panel before loading new sotware to avoid conflicts.
If you prefer Persono Suite: For small office operations using Skype or earlier versions of Cisco or Avaya Softphones, users may load/retain Persono Suite, as it has a simpler user interface and supports the Phone/PC Audio Control panel for Savi Office, which is not included in the new Plantronics Software control panel.
Plantronics Persono Suite
Plantronics Persono Suite software ensures softphone call control functions such as answering, ending and muting calls with supported Plantronics products. PerSono Suite offers the ability to customize headset and base system settings where applicable such as ring tones, volume levels, and default answer/end call settings.
