Plantronics Premier Service
This is a standard and ongoing service provided by Plantronics to existing customers.
Premier Service offers replacement of your out-of-warranty, non-functional Plantronics equipment with equivalent models remanufactured to
original factory standards and covered by our full 1-year factory service warranty.
As a service to existing customers, Comfort Telecom Canada will facillitate the exchange. Just send your old Plantronics wireless headset
to our customer service office with a request that it be replaced under the Plantronics Premier Service program. We will make the arrangements with
the Plantronics Canada service centre to ship you a remanufactured unit. The customer is responsible for shipping the old unit to our service centre in
Brampton, Ontario. Plantronics will ship your the replacement unit at $0 shipping charge. Costs for the remanufactured unit are typically
around 60% of the cost of a new unit, and remanufactured units carry a full 1-year warranty.
