CS55 Wireless Headset System
The venerable CS55 wireless headset has been discontinued. CS55 accessories such as batteries are
still available. For replacement systems, choose the new Plantronics CS500 series.
The CS540 directly replaces the CS55, and adds some new features including an extremely lightweight earpiece
and conferencing capability. The CS540 rocks.

Tips:
System Reset
A CS system may become noisy with lots of static when the battery starts to deteriorate. At this point a new battery for the earpiece should be ordered. As a temporary measure, a System Reset may give a little more life to the system. To do a System Reset:
- Place the earpiece in the charging stand
- Select the earpiece Call Control and Mute Button at the same time for 5 seconds, then release
- Select the earpiece Call Control button for 5 seconds, then release
- Unplug the power supply to the base for 5 seconds, then restore power
