- If you are on a call and the headset battery is critically low, you will hear a repeated low tone every 15 seconds indicating that the battery is low.
If this happens, you should recharge the headset immediately.

CS510 and CS520 Multi-Shift Options:
The CS500 series does not have a removable mounting/charging cradle like the W700 Series. However, the CS510/520 uses the same headset as the Savi 710/720 models, and the 710/720 headset/Cradle combo can be mounted on an offline charger (see below) and the headsets swapped between offline charger and the CS510/520 base for multi-shift operations.
