New Avaya wireless headset models support Electronic Hookswitch control (EHS) and do not require an HL10 Handset Lifter for remote answering capability. For EHS to work, the phone must also support this feature. Check the Avaya Compatibility Guide to see which wireless headset is suited for your phone system.
These EHS cables are included with AWH-55+, AWH-75N and AWH-450N & AWH-460N systems:
