GN9125 Setup, Operation and Maintenance Tips
The following videos illustrate the finer details of how to set up and maintain a GN9120 (older model) or GN9125 wireless headset.
System Reset
If the GN9120 or GN9125 headset loses connection with the base, you will hear a beep in the headset every 10 seconds. There could be several reasons:
a. You ARE out of range. Move closer to the base or avoid obstructions like walls and filing cabinets between you and the base.
b. The batteries in the headset may not be holding their charge. Purchase new batteries.
c. Perform a system reset. This is periodically needed with most wireless headset systems.
To perform a system reset (or change batteries), follow the steps shown in the videos below
