EnGenius Warranty and Repairs
Comfort Telecom Canada is an authorized dealer for EnGenius products in Canada. Only product sold though Authorized Canadian Dealers comes with a warranty and services. EnGenius Canada does not offer warranty on any EnGenius product bought outside of Canada or through any e-commerce based website.
All items being sent in for repair require an RMA number. A RMA is issued by the EnGenius Service Center after the RMA request is made. A RMA number is required for both warranty and non - warranty repairs. Please contact EnGenius Canada at 888-397-2788 for instructions on how to obtain an RMA for repairs or warranty service.
